MEMBERSHIP
The reason that IGP membership commands such a high level of credibility and respect is that:
- Many of the world's leading professionals and academics are Members that endorse our mission and activities;
- Fully qualified IGP Members and Fellows have met high standards of professional designation, rigorous education and adhere to the IGP Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
The majority of IGP Members and Fellows have attained significant professional recognition with their professional designations and/or academic degrees prior to joining IGP. These professional designations and/or academic degrees are enhanced by the IGP sustainable development designation.
Hundreds of stakeholders have been involved in the development of IGP, its education and credentialing program. IGP welcomes all stakeholder recommendations, insights, issues, experiences, opportunities and reactions with the goal of building trust, cooperation, and mutual respect between IGP and the sustainable development community.
IGP’s Advisory Board (Faculty) is composed of leading academics and professionals. These Advisors provide input on courses, examinations, membership standards, professional ethics, research grants, and a variety of other topics that will continually improve the value of IGP to its membership and society.
